Swiss dial is a pre paid system

The user fills up his prepaid account when ever he desires it. The costs for telephoning and the monthly fee are paid from this account.

The assets on the account are not limited by  a certain date, i.e. it does not purge after a certain time.Telephoning is accounted in accordance with the price lists and per discussion second (in the price list the costs are indicated per minute).  Monthly is void a fee for using the Swiss telephone number and for the rent of the Swiss Dial of adapter. 

The customer gets a Swiss Dial adapter and its own Swiss telephone number for use.  The first monthly fee is a welcome gift, and therefore free.  The user pays the uniquely resulting costs of connecting (25 €) and the first loading of the pre paid account (25 €). The Deposit for the Swiss Dial adapter amounts to 50 €.

The customer can dissolve the contract and send back the adapter at any time. In this case the Deposit for the adapter is returned to the customer - after the receipt of the adapter - and the remaining credit on the pre-paid account is paid back to the customer.
